Registered Nurse, Urology - Customer Care Support
The Customer Care Nurse is responsible for providing highly customer centric Product support to consumers, their caregivers, clinicians, medical office staff, and other stakeholders as needed. They ensure that consumers and/or their caregivers, as well as clinicians and medical office staff, achieve success in the use of Products.
The Customer Care Nurse becomes a Product expert through professional training and is equipped with the tools to assist consumers and their caregivers in maximizing effectiveness. They onboard new customers and offer support setting up the system if needed. They use active listening skills to identify issues consumers, and their care givers may face with Products, and provide recommendations to support them.
This position is 100% work at home.
Candidates should be available for most shifts Sunday-Saturday between the hours of 9am and 9pm Eastern Time.
Complex Case Manager, Nurse
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Communicate and coordinate required services for members with PCP’s and specialists.
Manage, document, and maintain casework in accordance with NCQA accreditation guidelines and state regulators.
Build and maintain effective relationship with designated members and those members’ families or caregivers.
Maintain case management records.
Develop appropriate member care plans and appropriate member assessments.
Serve as a clinical resource to staff, as needed.
Perform writing, administration, analysis, and report preparation.
Research and develop working relationships with appropriate community resources to service members.
Provide direction to ancillary team/pod staff members who will provide additional coordination activities for health plan members being case managed.

Job Description
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Overhaul of and consultation on Resident Assessments for configuration in the ALIS Resident Evaluation Tool.
Managing and maintaining EMR
Building in current evaluations into ALIS
Becoming a subject matter expert on how ALIS implements assessment workflows
Training for other clinicians on using the ALIS evaluation tool
Assist clients with other ALIS related clinical issues and consult on best practices
Learn and establish a solid understanding of the ALIS software
Consult with clients to transform their paper process to electronic; create and document new processes and train staff both digitally and (when the time is right) in-person.
Create customized project plans to help guide both internal and external operations to get ALIS operating smoothly for our clients.
Liaise between departments on clients’ needs, onboarding department needs, product feedback, and bugs reporting.
Manager, Nursing Operations
What you’ll do:
Read and understand clinical trial protocols to identify high-fidelity patient matches for various cancer types in both oncology and hematology
Work with multiple data sources, including EMR databases, to extract relevant information for trial matches
Evaluate patients against specific genetic and clinical inclusion and exclusion criteria using various Tempus systems
Develop strategies alongside Site Operations and Pharma Operations to increase patient enrollment through site management and engagement
