Virtual Admit Nursing Goes Live at AdventHealth Castle Rock
AdventHealth Castle Rock has introduced a Virtual Admit Nursing program, enabling trained virtual nurses to handle or assist with inpatient admissions. This initiative allows bedside nurses to dedicate more time to direct patient care, enhancing efficiency and patient experience. Launched in September 2025 with the implementation of hellocare Smart Room technology, the program is currently operational in the hospital's 3N and 4N units. Operating daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., the program aims to improve workflow and patient-centered care, with plans to expand throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
